The OPPORTUNITY

The Kimpton Digital Marketing Team needed a better reporting system: with no standard report style, it took managers hours to assemble monthly reports. The team’s leadership was looking for a way to streamline its reporting so that it would be easy to generate, consistent across all properties worldwide, and actionable, surfacing key performance metrics in a digestible format that would enable teams to make strategic decisions.

The Action

One Across was hired to create a streamlined, user-friendly reporting system. We leveraged Google Data Studio to design a system that met Kimpton’s needs.

The Results

We created a front- and back-end reporting system that allows Kimpton’s digital marketing team to compile website behavior, booking patterns, campaign results, and additional information in a fraction of the time, empowering leadership to make strategic decisions based on these insights.
