Headquartered in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, its portfolio spans the Berkshires, Newport, RI, and Hampton Bays, NY.
The OPPORTUNITY
When Main Street Hospitality chose 1AX as its digital marketing partner in Spring 2024, the goal was bigger than clicks.
They wanted full funnel traffic flowing to every hotel website, brand awareness that carried across the whole portfolio, and reporting they could actually trust: one clear story instead of a dozen disconnected ones. Most of all, they wanted to close the longstanding gap between digital marketing and revenue management, so that marketing effort and booked revenue finally moved together.
The Action
We started with the fundamentals. First, we fully funded brand search so no one looking for a Main Street hotel by name ever slipped away. From there, we layered in mid-funnel campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta, and began testing programmatic platforms to find where new guests were paying attention.
Paid media is only as good as the insight behind it. So we rebuilt the foundation underneath it: we standardized GA4 across every property, so each hotel measured website activity the exact same way. We migrated booking engines and built enhanced reporting that surfaced deep, decision-ready consumer insights; the kind that show not just what guests do, but when they're ready to book.
The Results
What began as a foundation has become a lasting partnership. Over a multiyear engagement, Main Street Hospitality and 1AX have delivered results that don't just spike. They hold. With the program stabilized and performing, the focus has shifted to what comes next: creative refinement and new channel testing across TikTok, Reddit, and ChatGPT.
